  • What is the difference between an on-file report and an Investigated Report?

On-file Report: Credit Profile information will be immediately available for you to review. The data within this report is as old as the last interview done on the debtor (which may be anything from one day to two years). Investigated Report: On-file Credit Profile information will be immediately available for review, but the debtor’s details will be sent to our supplier(s) for a full interview, an updated bank code as well as updated trade references. This type of report typically takes anything from 3 to 5 working days to be completed.
